My favourite cupcakes are Red Velvet Cupcakes with cream cheese icing!
I tweeted!
White cake with buttercream frosting. Yummy!
And my favorite birthday cake is coconut, made by my mom with seven minute frosting and sprinkled with freshly grated coconut. One year in Thailand the coconut was fresh off the tree in our yard.
My favorite cake is carrot cake with nuts and cream cheese frosting.
My favorite cake? Oh boy...that's tough. How about chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. Oh gosh...or carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. :)
Love a simple angel food cake. BTW -- I've tweeted your message.

S'mores cupcakes are my go to birthday treat!
Gotta be chocolate. A lovely, tender devil's food cake with a vanilla buttercream frosting, which is the perfect canvas for creative, colorful decorations. I'd go buy one, but, gosh, I just made a batch. I get to eat my own homemade devil's food cupcakes! Life is good.
My favorite birthday cake was a pineapple cake that my grandmother made for me!! Pineapple cake that my Nanny makes is always my favorite!!
The coolest cake I ever made was a recreation of the Star Trek symbol. You know, the one they tap to communicate with others on the ship or elsewhere. My son LOVED it!!
Life is good!

A pool party cake. A 9x13 cake with a rectangle cut out of the middle and the inside filled with blue Jell-o. The edge decorated with paper umbrellas and Teddy Grahams. Washn't my idea, but I did make it all myself. Favourite cake - it's all good!
cheesecake all the way!
vanilla cupcakes with coconut on top!
Hi my all time favorite cake is a simple swedish "jordgubbstårta"/strawberry cake- thats an spongcake layered with whipped cream, vanilla custard and fresh sunripe strawberrys from your own backyard- b´cas my bday is in july and that was my childhood b´day cakes homemade by mom(though I sometimes whined about getting a storebought cake and -as most kids- not fully appriciating that labour of love from my beloved mom!
When my kids were little we always did a theme cake. Mini pumpkins for my Oct baby one year. We had orange frosting and black for the faces! The black frosting stained all the sweet little kids faces as they smeared it . It was a scary sight!!

Even though I love making my baked goods from scratch, I still have a soft spot for the boxed funfetti cake mix & icing.

My cousin got married this past Saturday... they had cupcakes instead of a wedding cake. I ate the MOST WONDERFUL peanut butter cupcake. It's my mission to get the recipe!!
Without a doubt my favourite cupcake (although I prefer the term "muffin") is the pumpkin-chocolate chip muffin from Jessica Seinfeld's cookbook. The kids have no idea how healthy these things are. The smattering of chocolate chips simply sucks them right in.
